To ensure APCO Canada 2017 Conference & Tradeshow exhibitors have access to all the information and forms to guarantee a successful setup and exhibition experience, we have included all the necessary forms and exhibitor information here.

Exhibitor Information Package & Forms

Exhibitor Passes

Two complimentary exhibitor passes are included per 10′ x 10′ booth and give your staff access to the welcome reception on Monday, November 6, as well as the tradeshow and lunch on the tradeshow floor on Tuesday and Wednesday. Passes do not provide access to sessions, the awards gala or other social events.

Exhibitor passes must be registered separately from your booth registration. A link and discount code to register your two exhibitor passes will be sent to you separately via email after you register your booth. If you cannot locate your exhibitor registration code, please contact us at conference@apco.ca. Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased for $150.

In order to receive preferred guest rate of $165 per night, delegates must identify as part of APCO Canada using the group code APC1104If you wish to extend you stay, rates are offered 3 days prior and post room block subject to availability at time of booking.

 Please note: A credit card is required at the time of booking your reservation. A $200.00 incidental deposit by credit card is required on all bookings. Guests may pay cash on their departure for all charges but will need to leave a credit card at the time of check in.

Note: Check in begins at 4:00 PM and Check out is at 11:00 AM
